The Board discussed inconsistencies with an EITF consensus and its proposed amendments on performance targets which are achieved after the related service period. Very good, there may be lots of great information within the Spread White Paper. JWvdS led the design of the project, co-led data collection and analysis, and co-led drafting of the manuscript. MW contributed to the design of the consensus-building exercise, co-led information assortment and analysis, and drafting of the manuscript. AA contributed to the design of the consensus-building train, knowledge collection, and drafting of the manuscript. TD contributed to the design of the project and drafting of the manuscript.
Feedback can then be sought on this draft/prototype, informing subsequent rounds of Delphi consensus-building. The draft/prototype could take a range of types , for example a conceptual framework, an existing commonplace working process, a video-based simulated scenario, or an artefact (e.g. tools or software).
